1. Returns

- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- We do not accept returns on:
- Innerwear, cosmetics, or personalized items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
2. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- To request an exchange, contact us with proof (images or video) within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. You may proceed with a return after delivery if eligible.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
