1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition.
    • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • We do not accept returns on:
    • Innerwear, cosmetics, or personalized items.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
  • To request an exchange, contact us with proof (images or video) within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. You may proceed with a return after delivery if eligible.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • If a refund is approved, the original shipping charge (if any) is non-refundable.
